Pickup and Delivery Policy
Please carefully review our Pickup and Delivery Policy when purchasing products from our website. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
What are my Pickup and Delivery Options?
Showroom and curbside pickups are available for all purchases. Items are generally ready for pickup in 2 business days. An email confirmation will be sent when your item is ready for pickup. Pickups are available Fridays between 10am and 4pm or by appointment Mon-Thurs. Call 337-313-0444 to schedule your pickup.
Local in-home delivery is available for furniture purchases. The delivery fee is based on distance from our Lake Charles, LA warehouse. Call 337-313-0444 or email malerie@changingspacesfurniture with any questions, or to schedule your delivery.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If your item is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery or pickup.
